Instructions for use
The Energy Flask is easy to (re)use:
1. Remove the Energy Flask, cap and spout from the packaging. The spout has an extra plastic wrapper. Remove this as well. Slide the spout onto the cap. Rinse with warm water and a little soap. Screw the cap onto the Energy Flask. Press the spout with your fingers and spray water out. Fill with clean water and rinse out the soapy water.
2. Fill the Energy Flask with the desired amount of Energy Shots. See the back of the Energy Flask for the contents. It holds up to 6 Energy Shots or 150ml. Always fill with 10% water for optimal use.
3. Always clean thoroughly after use with warm water and a little soap. Shake and spray empty with the cap on. If necessary, you can remove the spout and clean it separately. For thorough cleaning, you can use sodium bicarbonate with water. Always rinse thoroughly with clean water.
