Due to the length and intensity of your tour, your energy sources should be replenished with 60g of carbohydrates per hour. That means in total, including Energy Bites, Energy Shots and Hydro Drink. Our portioned products each contain around 15g of carbohydrates per serving. So with 1 Energy Bite, 1 Energy Shot and 2 bottles of Hydro Drink you will reach the 60g per hour. Aim for 1000ml per hour with our Hydro Drink which replenishes your electrolytes. You should always take into account individual factors, such as body weight and weather conditions. Checking the colour of your urine during and after exercise will give you an indication - listen to your body when it is thirsty. Mother nature has programmed that into you. Modern life has made us less intuitive here, but we can all learn.
